The elf on the shelf has returned! And he brought a friend! We have named his friend Ginger and have decided that she is a girl, based mostly on the fancy skirt that she was wearing.
The elves brought a delicious and decidedly un-nutritious breakfast comprised of brownies, powdered donuts, marshmallows, candy canes and hot chocolate. Being a Mamashunga talented in the art of persuasion, I managed to sneak in some eggs, sausages, toast, yogurt and berries too.
The elves also brought festive socks and Santa hats which the minis promptly put on. Tootie was over the moon excited at the prospect of having marshmallows for breakfast and Mr. Doo simply got to work chowing down.
The elves selected a book for us to read tonight. Which also happens to be Mamashunga's favourite Christmas movie. Funny how that works.
We have some very excited minis on our hands! December is going to be a fun month!
